CHOPPED LIVER (2)

Ingredients:


1 beef liver 1 sautéed onion 1/2 raw onion

oil for browning, salt and pepper

1 splash of vegetable oil

3 hard-boiled eggs



Preparation:

  • The liver cut into small pieces is added to the onion in the pan with preheated oil

  • Boil the eggs and keep them chopped aside.

  • The onion and meat are processed only 2 to 4 times (do not make a paste)

  • Transfer to a bowl

  • Add chopped raw onion and eggs.

  • Add a splash of oil, salt and pepper, plus chopped egg for garnish.
