CHICKEN BREASTS WITH MUSHROOMS

Ingredients :

• 4 chicken breasts

• 1 cup of oil

• salt

• pepper

• 2 chopped onions

• butter or olive oil for browning

• 1/2 glass of white wine

• 1 can of mushrooms

• 1 pot of cream

Preparation :

• Season the 4 chicken breasts with salt and pepper and brown them in oil. Set aside.

• In a saucepan, brown 2 onions in butter or olive oil.

• Add 1/2 glass of white wine and the breasts.

• Mix and add a can of mushrooms.

• When the wine evaporates, add a pot of cream.

• Let it soak in thoroughly and that's it.

• Check the cooking of the chicken.
