Ingredients : 8 yolks, 1kg of Saavedra cheese, 250 gr. of butter, 250 gr. of sugar, zest of 1 lemon
DOUGH:
Preparation Mix everything and beat the egg whites until stiff and add. Mix everything together and press firmly into the bottom of a greased and floured pan. Prick the pan several times with a fork and pour the cream on top. Slow oven for 1 hour.
