Ingredients : 1 pie crust, 1 cup grated Gruyere cheese, 1 cup of chopped and sautéed onion, salt, pepper, nutmeg, 1 tsp paprika, 100 gr of cream, 4 eggs
Preparation : Line a pyrex dish with the cake and cook it on high for a little while. Mix all the filling ingredients and cook for 3 minutes on low heat, stirring twice. Place on the cake and cook for 3 more minutes.
