CHEESE QUICHE IN THE MICROWAVE

Ingredients :

• 1 pie crust,

• 1 cup grated Gruyere cheese,

• 1 cup of chopped and sautéed onion,

• salt,

• pepper,

• nutmeg,

• 1 tsp paprika,

• 100 gr of cream,

• 4 eggs

Preparation :

• Line a pyrex dish with the cake and cook it on high for a little while.

• Mix all the filling ingredients and cook for 3 minutes on low heat, stirring twice.

• Place on the cake and cook for 3 more minutes.
