Ingredients :
Preparation : Bake 3 beets wrapped in aluminum foil for 1 hour. Once the beets are done, remove the foil and peel them. Put 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan over the heat and let it melt. Once melted, add a chopped onion. When the onion becomes translucent, add the chopped green onion. When the green onion becomes translucent, add the rice. Puree the beets. Once the rice has turned a semi-transparent color, add the beet puree and plenty of (hot) water. Ensure everything is covered with the water. Add a little broth, salt and pepper. Cook until all the water is absorbed.
