BAZARGAN

Ingredients :

  • 2 cups of fine bulgur wheat,

  • ½ finely chopped red bell pepper,

  • ½ large onion, finely chopped,

  • 2 tbsp of oil,

  • juice of 5 lemons,

  • 2 heaped tbsp of cumin,

  • 5 tbsp sugar,

  • salt,

  • 2 bottles of tomato extract



Preparation :

  • Wash the wheat well, soak for 1 hour and strain.

  • Dissolve the tomato extract in the lemon juice. Add the salt, onion, and bell pepper, and season with cumin, sugar, and oil. Mix well.

  • Add the wheat.

  • Rest. Serve
