Ingredients : 2 cups of fine bulgur wheat, ½ finely chopped red bell pepper, ½ large onion, finely chopped, 2 tbsp of oil, juice of 5 lemons, 2 heaped tbsp of cumin, 5 tbsp sugar, salt, 2 bottles of tomato extract
Preparation : Wash the wheat well, soak for 1 hour and strain. Dissolve the tomato extract in the lemon juice. Add the salt, onion, and bell pepper, and season with cumin, sugar, and oil. Mix well. Add the wheat. Rest. Serve
