Ingredients
Preparation: Mix all the ingredients and form a ball. Cover it with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours. When it's cold, stretch it with a stick and cut it with cookie cutters to the size and shape you prefer, 0.5 cm thick. Preheat the oven to medium temperature and place the pastries on a shallow baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 20 minutes. You take them out when the base is just beginning to brown. Then you decorate them with melted chocolate and a drizzle of oil, add grated coconut, sprinkles, or whatever you like.
