Ingredients

  • 2 eggs

  • 3/4 cup sugar

  • 1/2 cup oil

  • 3 cups self-rising flour

  • Optional lemon zest, orange zest, vanilla essence, cocoa.



Preparation:

  • Mix all the ingredients and form a ball. Cover it with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.

  • When it's cold, stretch it with a stick and cut it with cookie cutters to the size and shape you prefer, 0.5 cm thick.

  • Preheat the oven to medium temperature and place the pastries on a shallow baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 20 minutes.

  • You take them out when the base is just beginning to brown.

  • Then you decorate them with melted chocolate and a drizzle of oil, add grated coconut, sprinkles, or whatever you like.
