Ingredients: 1 small brisket or roast 2 cups vegetable or corn oil oregano Salt Pepper minced or powdered garlic paprika ground chili (Optional: onion powder, turmeric, various spices) 1 tablespoon white vinegar 1 glass of water
Directions: Preheat the oven to medium/low heat (350/175) Prepare a chimichurri with all the spices, 1 cup of oil and the vinegar. Marinate the meat in a baking dish. Reserve some chimichurri. Add the other cup of oil and water to the rest of the chimichurri and put it in the dish. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350/175 for an hour and a half or two, depending on the thickness of the meat. Then uncover it and BROIL for 5 minutes. Cut into thin slices and serve with the juice.
