AVOCADO DIP 2

Ingredients

  • 2 limes, for juice (4 tablespoons)

  • 1 Hass avocado, peeled, pitted, and diced

  • 1 large shallot, diced

  • 1/4 bunch of cilantro, chopped

  • 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon of sugar

  • 1 teaspoon of sea salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon of pepper




Preparation

  • Squeeze limes to make juice (4 tablespoons).

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl until blended.

  • Cover and chill for 30 minutes (or overnight).
