Ingredients 2 limes, for juice (4 tablespoons) 1 Hass avocado, peeled, pitted, and diced 1 large shallot, diced 1/4 bunch of cilantro, chopped 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil 1 tablespoon of sugar 1 teaspoon of sea salt 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
Preparation Squeeze limes to make juice (4 tablespoons). Combine all ingredients in a large bowl until blended. Cover and chill for 30 minutes (or overnight).
