ALFREDO SAUCE 2

​Ingredients :

• 1 cup of heavy cream

• 2 tablespoons butter (or margarine)

• ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

• Salt

• Pepper

Directions:

• Melt the butter in a frying pan.

• Slowly Stir in the cream, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.

• Serve mixed with any type of pasta.

Yield: 2 cups sauce
