TERIYAKI CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS

1 chicken cut into quarters or eighths

1 small bottle of teriyaki sauce

2 glasses of red or white wine

1 glass of oil

garlic powder

3 tablespoons of chicken or vegetable soup powder

salt and pepper



PROCEDURE

Place the chicken in a baking dish. Cover it with the teriyaki sauce. Sprinkle the garlic powder over the chicken. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with the wine and oil. Finally, sprinkle with the soup powder. Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake at low heat (325°F) for an hour and a half. Then uncover and raise the temperature to 450°F. Brown for approximately 20 minutes. Serve with rice or roasted potatoes and bacon.
