Ingredients : 1 kg of potatoes boiled with skin for 10 min., cooled and peeled. 50 gr. of grated Gruyère cheese, 75 gr. of butter, 1 medium onion, finely chopped, Salt and pepper
Preparation : Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater. Mix with the cheese. Melt the butter and brown the onion. Add to the mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Wrap in aluminum foil and freeze. To defrost, melt butter and pour the cake into it. Slow heat, 15 min. on each side.
