Ingredients 5 very ripe bananas 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted; you can substitute 4 tablespoons ghee for a nuttier flavor 1 egg, beaten 2 Cups of almond flour, you can substitute with common flour 4 teaspoons baking powder ½ teaspoon salt 5 squares of unsweetened chocolate, chopped ¾ cup sunflower seeds
Preparation Preheat oven to 400. Grease an 8-inch baking dish Peel and mash the bananas, . Add the melted butter and egg and stir well. Add the flour, baking powder, and salt, and mix well. . Add the chocolate and all but ½ cup of the sunflower seeds. Transfer to the baking dish and smooth. Top with the remaining sunflower seeds and bake for 55 to 60 minutes. Make sure it's golden brown and cooked through. Let cool in the pan, then slice and enjoy!
