SALMON WITH GROUND BUTTER AIR FRYER

Ingredients :

  • 1 tablespoon thyme, chopped

  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 1 1/2 cups soft breadcrumbs

  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted

  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning

  • 2 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)


Preparation :

  • In a bowl, add the breadcrumbs, fresh parsley, thyme, garlic, lemon zest, salt, lemon and pepper seasoning, and paprika. Stir to combine.

  • Place the OAP on the cooking platform. Place the air fryer lid on top. Press Air Fry, set the temperature to 375°F, and set the timer for 5 minutes to preheat. Press "Start" and let it preheat for 5 minutes.

  • Take the fryer basket and lightly spray it with cooking spray. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the basket and coat with the crumb mixture.

  • Place the basket into the inner pot, close the air fryer lid on top.

  • Press the "Bake" setting. Set the temperature to 390°F and set the timer to 10 minutes. Press "Start." Open the fryer lid after the cooking time is complete. Serve warm.
