Ingredients : 1 tablespoon thyme, chopped 2 cloves of garlic, minced 1 1/2 cups soft breadcrumbs 2 tablespoons chopped parsley 1 teaspoon lemon zest 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/4 teaspoon paprika 1 tablespoon butter, melted 1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning 2 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
Preparation : In a bowl, add the breadcrumbs, fresh parsley, thyme, garlic, lemon zest, salt, lemon and pepper seasoning, and paprika. Stir to combine. Place the OAP on the cooking platform. Place the air fryer lid on top. Press Air Fry, set the temperature to 375°F, and set the timer for 5 minutes to preheat. Press "Start" and let it preheat for 5 minutes. Take the fryer basket and lightly spray it with cooking spray. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the basket and coat with the crumb mixture. Place the basket into the inner pot, close the air fryer lid on top. Press the "Bake" setting. Set the temperature to 390°F and set the timer to 10 minutes. Press "Start." Open the fryer lid after the cooking time is complete. Serve warm.
