QUICK ONE PAN PASTA PAELLA

INGREDIENTS
PREPARATION 1. Heat a large sauté pan, coated with olive oil, over medium heat. Add the pasta and cook, stirring occasionally, for 1 to 2 minutes, until mostly toasted. 2. Add bell peppers, onions, garlic, tomatoes, paprika, red pepper, saffron, fish, broth, salt, and pepper to the pan. Cover and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is cooked through and the broth is mostly absorbed. Check and adjust the seasoning to taste with salt and pepper. 3. Carefully serve from the pan or transfer to a platter. Garnish with lemon wedges and fresh parsley. Serve immediately. |
