Ingredients :
Preparation Sauté 250g (or a small can) of mushrooms cut into strips in 25g of butter and set aside. Mix the pasta cooked al dente (traditionally this two-minute recipe is made with tagliatelle, although it is also great with ravioli) with 1/2 pot of cream, 1 cooked chicken breast cut into strips, and the sautéed mushrooms, seasoning with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Grease a table-safe baking dish with 25g of butter and pour the pasta mixed with the other ingredients into it. Cover with the remaining 1/2 pot of cream, plenty of grated cheese and gratin in a very hot oven.
