PASTA PARISIAN STYLE

Ingredients :

  • 250 g of mushrooms or 1 small can

  • 50 g of butter

  • 1 pot of cream

  • 1 cooked chicken breast

  • salt,

  • pepper

  • nutmeg

  • grated cheese



Preparation

  • Sauté 250g (or a small can) of mushrooms cut into strips in 25g of butter and set aside.

  • Mix the pasta cooked al dente (traditionally this two-minute recipe is made with tagliatelle, although it is also great with ravioli) with 1/2 pot of cream, 1 cooked chicken breast cut into strips, and the sautéed mushrooms, seasoning with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.

  • Grease a table-safe baking dish with 25g of butter and pour the pasta mixed with the other ingredients into it.

  • Cover with the remaining 1/2 pot of cream, plenty of grated cheese and gratin in a very hot oven.
