Ingredients :
Preparation : Peel the onions and cut them into thin slices. Lightly salt them and sauté them over low heat in a saucepan with the butter for 40 to 45 minutes, until they have lost all their water. Knead the bread crumb quickly, adding a little warm water. Form a 1cm base on a greased baking sheet. Distribute the onions over the dough and bake in a preheated oven at moderate temperature (180°C) for 30 minutes. Cool and unmold. Cut into square or rectangular portions
