MILK CARAMEL AND CHOCOLATE PIE

Ingredients :

  • 150 gr of vanilla cookies (Maná or Maria)

  • 100 gr of melted butter,

  • 500 gr of pastry dulce de leche,

  • 100 gr of cream,

  • 150 g of drinking or baking chocolate



Preparation

  • Process the cookies and mix with the melted butter.

  • Cover the base and edges of a springform pan and place in the freezer for 10 minutes.

  • Then fill with dulce de leche.

  • Heat the cream to a boil, add the chopped chocolate, and let it rest. Mix well and cover with dulce de leche.

  • Refrigerate until serving.
