Ingredients : 150 gr of vanilla cookies (Maná or Maria) 100 gr of melted butter, 500 gr of pastry dulce de leche, 100 gr of cream, 150 g of drinking or baking chocolate
Preparation Process the cookies and mix with the melted butter. Cover the base and edges of a springform pan and place in the freezer for 10 minutes. Then fill with dulce de leche. Heat the cream to a boil, add the chopped chocolate, and let it rest. Mix well and cover with dulce de leche. Refrigerate until serving.
