Ingredients :
Preparation : Chop the raw onion and chicken, place in a bowl, and stir in the raw egg, mustard, wheat bran, and seasonings. Mix well. Spread it on a nylon bag, trying to make it 30 cm long and about 15 cm wide. Gently flatten the mixture until it's roughly that size. Then add the cooked carrots, the egg cut into quarters or slices, and the pitted olives cut in half. We wrap it with the nylon bag and remove it until it is completely rolled up. We spray a baking dish with vegetable spray or a little oil and place the roll in a hot oven for approximately half an hour.
