LIGHT ROLLED CHICKEN

Ingredients :

  • 1 kg of chicken meat,

  • 1 onion,

  • 1 egg,

  • 1 tablespoon of mustard

  • , 3 tablespoons of wheat bran,

  • 2 cooked carrots,

  • 2 hard-boiled eggs,

  • 5 olives

  • Green seasoning,

    chicken seasoning

  • chili, to taste.



Preparation :

  • Chop the raw onion and chicken, place in a bowl, and stir in the raw egg, mustard, wheat bran, and seasonings. Mix well.

  • Spread it on a nylon bag, trying to make it 30 cm long and about 15 cm wide. Gently flatten the mixture until it's roughly that size.

  • Then add the cooked carrots, the egg cut into quarters or slices, and the pitted olives cut in half.

  • We wrap it with the nylon bag and remove it until it is completely rolled up.

  • We spray a baking dish with vegetable spray or a little oil and place the roll in a hot oven for approximately half an hour.
