Homemade Pastrami

Ingredients :

  • 1 breast,

  • paprika (not sweet) and

  • saltpeter (can be purchased at pharmacies)



Preparation :

  • Marinate the pastrami with the seasonings.

  • Wrap it in plastic wrap and leave it in the refrigerator for 3 days. Remove it.

  • If there is any salt left, remove it with your hand.

  • Place it in a baking dish with water and cook it in a low oven for 3 hours.
