Ingredients : 1 cake disc 2 green apples 1 cup of sugar 100g of butter
Preparation Roll out a pie crust and cover it with 2 thinly sliced green apples (they are fantastic with a potato peeler). I sprinkle them with sugar and butter. Depending on your taste, you can add cinnamon, quince jelly, raisins, walnuts, raspberry jam, etc. I roll it up and fold the ends. I sprinkle the top with butter and sugar and put it in the oven. Serve with whipped cream or American ice cream.
