Ingredients :

  • 3 eggs

  • 150 g of flour

  • 1/2 cup of milk

  • salt

  • 35 g of butter



Preparation :

  • Beat 3 eggs and add 150 g of flour alternating with 1 ½ cups of milk.

  • Add a pinch of salt and 35g of melted butter.

  • Beat well.

  • Melt butter in the pancake pan and pour in by spoonfuls.
