CHOCOLATE SAUCE

Ingredients:

  • 200 gr of cup chocolate

  • 2 tablespoons of oil

  • 1 tbsp vanilla essence

  • 2 tablespoons of wine or liquor.



Directions:

  • Melt 200 g cup chocolate in a bain-marie with 2 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp of vanilla and 2 of wine or liquor.

  •  Boil.

  •  Pour over desired fruits.
