CHOCOLATE MARQUISE 3

Ingredients :

  • 10 eggs

  • 200 g of sugar

  • 4 bars of 100gr hot chocolate

  • 400 gr. butter or margarine

  • 4 tbsp Nesquik

  • Wax paper



Preparation

  • Beat the 10 egg whites until stiff.

  • Beat the 10 egg yolks with the sugar until stiff.

  • Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler.

  • Add the Nesquik to the yolks and continue beating.

  • Add half of the egg whites to the snow and fold in the other half.

  • Grease the springform pan and then line it with parchment paper.

  • Bake in a moderate oven for 1 hour and place a dish of water on the oven floor.

  • When you take it out of the oven and it is loose from the edge, place a kettle full of water in the center to flatten the center.
