CHICKEN STEW

Ingredients :

  • 1 chicken breast

  • 1 cup of oil

  • 1 onion, sliced

  • 1 chopped green onion

  • salt

  • pepper

  • 1 glass of white wine

  • 1 pot of cream

  • 1 tsp sweet paprika

  • 1 tbsp tomato extract or ketchup

Preparation:

  • Sauté a chicken breast or more depending on the number of diners, in a pot with a little oil (of which there is)

  • When it is golden, add a ringed onion, or spring onion, or both.

  • salt and pepper to taste,

  • add a glass of white wine, if there is no problem, and wait for it to evaporate and add a pot of cream,

  • It is seasoned with sweet paprika and a tablespoon of tomato extract, or a touch of ketchup.

  • Wait for the chicken to finish cooking,

  • It is served with a side of white rice.

  • If you want to make it lighter, use light cream cheese instead of cream.
