CHEESE MINI EMPANADAS (ZULEMA P.) 1

INGREDIENTS: 200 g soft butter 200 g García or Saavedra cheese 200 g all-purpose flour salt 2 eggs grated cheese Procedure: Mix everything except the eggs and grated cheese. Make a dough. Form a ball and refrigerate until chilled. Cut the empanadas. To fill, mix the eggs with the cheese until a paste forms. Fill each one with 1/4 tsp. Bake in a moderate oven until golden brown.
