Cannelloni with meat and cheese

Ingredients: (for 4 people, about 12 large, thick cannelloni) 3/4 kg of lean minced meat, finely chopped onion, finely chopped spring onion, 1 cup of thick béchamel sauce (white sauce), grated cheese to taste , mustard, a touch of white pepper, paprika, a touch of oil, and butter. Preparation: Sauté the two types of onion in butter cut with oil (to prevent it from burning). Add the meat and over high heat, sauté with the onion until cooked (not too much because it will become very dry). If it releases water, remove it. Add salt, pepper, paprika, and mustard. Finally, add the béchamel sauce and the grated cheese. The meat will remain quite compact, not very tempting looking, like dog food, but what matters is the flavor!
