BROWNIES 2

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs

  • 3/4 cup of sugar

  • Vanilla essence

  • 100 g of butter

  • 150 g hot chocolate

  • 1/2 cup self-rising flour

  • Nuts (optional)



Preparation: 1) Preheat the oven to maximum temperature. 2) Beat two eggs with three-quarters of a cup of sugar for a short while until they become half white. Add a few drops of vanilla essence. 3) Separately, melt half a loaf of butter and a bar of chocolate in a double boiler (I do this in the microwave, and it turns out just as well). 4) Mix everything in a bowl. 5) Add half a cup of sifted flour. Stir well. Chopped walnuts are optional. 6) Place on a greased and floured baking sheet. 7) Bake for five minutes on maximum (this makes the crust), then bake in a medium-low oven. It depends on the oven, but it shouldn't take more than 25 minutes.
