Ingredients 1 9-inch frozen pie crust 5 large eggs 1 cup heavy cream 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt 1 teaspoon onion powder 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1 cup chopped steamed broccoli florets 3 chopped green onions 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
Preparation Preheat oven to 350°F. Place the frozen pie crust on a baking sheet. Set aside. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, mayonnaise, garlic salt, onion powder, Dijon mustard, and black pepper until fully combined. Add the broccoli florets, spring onion, and 1 cup of grated cheese. Pour into the pie crust. Sprinkle the top with the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is firm when gently shaken. Cover the edges of the crust with foil, if necessary, to prevent overbrowning.
