BAKERY APPLE CRUMBLE

Ingredients: Use a 20cm greased mould, 4 medium apples (green ones are even better) / a handful of chopped walnuts / a little sugar, 100g all-purpose flour, 100g sugar, 100g cold butter . Procedure: Slice the peeled apples. Place them in a bowl and add a little sugar and the chopped walnuts, also a little cinnamon if you like. Pour this mixture into the mould that you lightly buttered. Now in another bowl, make the sandblasted mixture with 100g all-purpose flour, 100g sugar and 100g cold butter. Place it on top of the apples. Bake in a medium oven until golden brown. Ready! Eat it warm with a scoop of ice cream on top or eat it cold with a little whipped cream!!!
