Ingredients: Preparation: Place the salmon, skin-side down, on a large, low-sided baking sheet. Set aside. Preheat the oven to 180ºC. In a food processor, blend the garlic, tomatoes, and parsley, add salt and oil, and process until fully incorporated and a paste forms. Sprinkle the paste over the salmon. To garnish, place sliced cherry tomatoes on top of the pasta. Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.
