Serves 8-12. Ingredients 2 chickens (1 – 1.5 kg each) 2 teaspoons of paprika 2 teaspoons of granulated garlic 1 teaspoon of mustard powder 4 cloves of garlic, crushed 1 cup of soy sauce 1 cup of honey 1 teaspoon of ginger
Preparation Preheat oven to 200 degrees C (400 F). Place the chicken on a baking sheet and sprinkle with the spices. Roast for 1/2 hour. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the chicken. Reduce temperature to 180 degrees C (350 F) and cook for 1 more hour. Serve with rice.
