Apple pie with streusel

Ingredients

For the base (shortcrust pastry):

  • 100 gr. butter

  • 100 gr. sugar

  • 200 gr. 0000 flour

  • 1 egg

  • 1 yolk

  • lemon zest

StufFING :

  • 1 kg of apples

  • you spend at ease

  • 1 cup of sugar

  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

  • ½ glass of sweet liqueur (port-mistela-moscato)

Streussel

  • 50 gr. of sugar

  • 50gr. butter

  • 100 gr. flour

Preparation

Shortcrust pastry :

  1. Mix all the dough ingredients, line a springform pan with the shortcrust pastry, sprinkle with a little breadcrumbs or ground biscuits, and place the apple filling on top.

StuffING

  1. Thinly slice the apples and add the remaining ingredients. Place over high heat, then reduce heat and let cook until all the liquid has evaporated (10 minutes).

Streussel

  1. Make a sandblasting with everything and place it on top of the apples, and bake at 180 degrees for approximately ½ hour.
