Ingredients For the base (shortcrust pastry): 100 gr. butter 100 gr. sugar 200 gr. 0000 flour 1 egg 1 yolk lemon zest
StufFING : Streussel 50 gr. of sugar 50gr. butter 100 gr. flour
Preparation Shortcrust pastry : Mix all the dough ingredients, line a springform pan with the shortcrust pastry, sprinkle with a little breadcrumbs or ground biscuits, and place the apple filling on top.
StuffING Thinly slice the apples and add the remaining ingredients. Place over high heat, then reduce heat and let cook until all the liquid has evaporated (10 minutes).
Streussel Make a sandblasting with everything and place it on top of the apples, and bake at 180 degrees for approximately ½ hour.
